2 months now and I'm very satisfied. I played this server to be nice to my friend and ended up getting sucked in pretty bad. the biggest strengths are the minimalist approach to not messing with the formula and the whole aegis thing making travels closer to how the devs intended over other pservers. Growth is nice and there are new players joining frequently.

Well, let’s go. The server itself is everything you would expect from a classic server, it feels like you playing at 2006 again, and this is RIGHT. As it should be. The playerbase overall is very friendly and helpful. Biggest issue here is the admin and mod, be very careful on what you say and you what you do, even in other discord servers or in game, private chats, guild chats, PMs, they will backstab you. Owner is just narcissist psycho, just stay away from he and you will be fine ;) Byebye.

travels has shown remarkable resilience and has been recently exploding in growth. for players like me its the "ultimate low rate" because it has everything id ever want personally. I love the devotion to the old schools vision, travels gets the tiny details that most servers miss and its those details that matter, and I love the community. very easy to make buddies here

BE WARNED. This server has great potentional as an honest, low-rate reproduction. The server itself is very stable but the leadership is far from it and indiscriminate bans are now a common occurance. Your crimes could include disagreeing (politely) with a GM on the Discord or simply playing on another server, even if you have never mentioned or advertised such a thing in game or out. Not woth investing time in. TLDR; Good server but unstable, tyrannical and illogical leadership.

Fantastic server. I've been playing RO since 2003, first on iRO and then on various classic low rate servers. This is the best one that I've played. While not the largest player base, Travels has a very active and tight knit community. No multi-clienting is such a great feature because people actually party together. I would recommend anyone who wants something close to the "official classic ragnarok" experience to give this server a try.

stable and has shown that it won't close up shop like most, a well-laid content roadmap, and best of all pre-renewal RO goodness. staff is firm but fair and doesnt tolerate disrespectful or drama queens which I like. the pop has grown a lot recently and the community is one of the best. glad I found travelsro :)

I think ill make travels my home. The server is always up and the crowd is really friendly, I already got invited to a guild. It's the most faithful to prerenewal there is from what ive seen so far. The avarice is pretty useful since I dont know most of the prices yet. Lots of attention to detail and IMO very impressive

Nice attempt at 1:1 Classic, some arguments could be made, but it is as close as it gets; including the jank from original servers. Server just gets overly caught up in drama and personal dilemmas and loses players from time to time. Got to lvl 60 but, didn't get sauces I was promised from a Riicruitment post. There is a whole guild based around that post.

I'm having a great time playing Travels, it's strong in all of the areas where it's supposed to be strong without putting in crap that ruins the game. End result is that you get what the officials servers woulda been without bots and cashshop. Looking forward to spending a lot more here

Very nice community, stable server and delivers on the promise of a true classic RO experience. I was able to experience the "old days" again which is nice. Sadly there is drama due to the staff being unable to resolve problems in an adult manner. People get muted or banned on Discord after trivial arguments and even the most invested players are fed up with the situation. If this persists then I see no future for the server and unfortunately it seems like it has been like this from the start.
